To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my profound disappointment in your product, the Miracle Eraser. As a professional painting contractor, I am always looking for ways to increase the quality and efficiency of my work, so I was intrigued by your advertising and the claims you made about the performance of the Miracle Eraser. Upon receiving my shipment, however, I learned that your advertisement was misleading, if not downright deceptive.

The Miracle Eraser had a number of surprising and disappointing characteristics. For one, it disintegrates rather quickly, a feature that was never touched upon in your advertisements. Another drawback was its offensive odor, which makes it impractical for use on interior residential jobs. Finally, its performance was poor, also incongruent with your advertising.

In conclusion, I feel that your product could use drastic improvement. I found it to be inferior to conventional sandpaper in price, convenience, and effectiveness. A more carefully worded advertisement might have saved me the grief of using your product and the waste of throwing most of it away untouched. To put it succinctly, your product sucks, and you are, at best, charlatans.

Bitterly disappointed,
